A rail transport operator (RTO) intending to vary its current accreditation can use this form to initiate the process.

It is not unusual for an operator’s business activities or methods of operating to change beyond the initial scope.

Where this occurs, the operator is required to apply for a variation to accreditation which is assessed in the same way as an accreditation.

How to apply

An RTO intending to vary its accreditation is encouraged to contact ONRSR to discuss the intended changes by using the Initiate Interest to Apply for Variation of Accreditation Form.

An ONRSR representative will be in touch to discuss the nature and scope of operations within three (3) business days.

On confirmation of the intended variation to railway operations, an application form will be provided to formally start the process.

Assessment

Applications for variation of accreditation are assessed in the same way as an accreditation.
