Reporting to the Senior Manager, Finance and part of the Corporate Services Division, this role is responsible for supporting the team to manage the finance and payroll functions of ONRSR, adopting a service-centric approach and a continuous improvement mindset.
The role works across both the corporate and operational arms of the business and interacts with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders at all levels of seniority.

We are seeking someone with a professional approach that has solid communication skills, a strong service mentality and a personal drive for excellence. Being a medium sized business, you will be someone who can take a hands-on approach and be a team player who contributes effectively to the overall team’s performance. You will also possess excellent attention to detail, be highly organised and deadline driven.
You will be confident to undertake the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions and manage the corporate credit card function as well as maintaining and reconciling the general ledger accounts on a monthly and annual basis. You will be involved in the annual fee setting and invoicing process including debtor management, fixed asset accounting, annual stocktake procedures and contribute to the preparation of periodic GST, FBT and other statutory returns, including assisting internal and external stakeholders with their queries.
Your enthusiasm for contemporary business practices will ensure that the finance function stays effective and efficient through the implementation of new financial management systems, upgrades to existing systems and the development of new capabilities within existing systems, including functionality testing.

Salary: $110,717 - $116,537 p.a. + 11.5% super
